More Than Just a Job

How would you like to go to work without traffic and have a night life altogether? Sounds good? Well, this is what you get in the world of call centers. If you yearn for something more than a nine-to-five desk job, then come on down!!!

Here, you get to practice English as a primary language and before you know it, you'll be speaking it wherever you may be. For coffee aficionados, you'd be happy to know that caffeine will most likely be a regular part of your diet as long as you work in this industry. A high degree of professionalism is also required since you are no longer playing in a world wherein your father's uncle's cousin's best friend works in the HR department and he ain't gonna help you get to the top in here. You have to earn it. You have to go through accent training like everybody else and pass every exam that they hand you or you can kiss your five-figure salary goodbye. In spite of these obstacles, it's all worth it.

In this industry, you can have the latest cell phone in a couple of months, go to coffee shops almost everyday of the week, get to eat at fancy restaurants, and go on gimmicks with new found friends, and the company even throws a party for every occasion. Halloween, Christmas, Company Anniversaries, the works…

This might probably be the only job in the country wherein you don't have to worry that much about traffic. Imagine, coming to work when everybody else is going home and vice-versa. And the fact that you're earning more because of night differential doesn't hurt either. And you don't have to miss your favorite afternoon soap operas or animés in the process. Now, tell me... how sweet is that?
